Pizza Friday

Hawaiian pizza--pepperoni and pineapple.


    Looks good as always! I don't have pineapple accessible, but I do have more than enough peaches, so maybe I'll try this next time I do pizza. How does the fruit mix with the sauce?


    Well the pineapple was pretty dry when we put it on, so there wasn't too much spillover into the sauce--but I thought it was fantastic. If the peaches are too juicy, you could always just try them baked or grilled on top of some flatbread with rosemary---I think that would be pretty good!
